We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel an order that resulted from a pricing error, with full refund.

El CozyCaidita™ Protector de Cabeza se vende exclusivamente a adultos mayores de 18 años con capacidad legal para contratar. Al completar la compra, confirmas que adquieres el producto como cuidador responsable y que lo utilizarás bajo supervisión adulta constante. Este protector es un accesorio complementario de seguridad y no sustituye la vigilancia directa de un adulto ni ningún dispositivo médico o de retención certificado.

Aceptas usar el CozyCaidita™ Protector de Cabeza siguiendo las instrucciones de ajuste incluidas y respetando el rango de edad y peso recomendado. No debe utilizarse durante el sueño sin supervisión, dentro de cunas, en escaleras sin barrera, ni como equipo de protección para actividades deportivas o ciclismo. El uso fuera de estas condiciones queda bajo tu responsabilidad y puede anular las reclamaciones de garantía.

Si compras el producto como regalo, eres responsable de transmitir al destinatario final las advertencias de uso, la guía de tallas y las instrucciones de lavado. Para compradores empresariales (guarderías, centros infantiles o revendedores), se requiere acuerdo previo por escrito; las compras minoristas estándar no autorizan la reventa comercial ni el uso institucional masivo sin validación de nuestro equipo.

Escenario concreto: un cliente compra dos unidades del CozyCaidita™ Protector de Cabeza para gemelos de 10 meses, pero uno de los bebés pesa por encima del rango indicado. En ese caso recomendamos no forzar el ajuste; el cliente debe contactarnos para evaluar una talla alternativa antes de usarlo, ya que un ajuste incorrecto compromete tanto la seguridad como la elegibilidad de la garantía.

Las promociones como el 40% de descuento y el envío gratuito son temporales, aplican solo en nuestra tienda bajo la marca CozyCaidita y pueden finalizar sin previo aviso. El precio final confirmado en tu pedido es el que rige la transacción.
